This is the fourth Sonicare toothbrush we have purchased and all have been great. Very reliable and easy to use and keep clean. A wonderful addition for anyone's oral hygiene.

My husband and I used this toothbrush everyday and it does a great job cleaning our teeth and gums. However, we have owned a new version of this toothbrush once a year for the last three years and that is my biggest complaint. We have to purchase a new one every year because the prong that attaches to the heads to the motor either loosens, the motor begins to lose vibration, or there is some weird glitchiness I might be inclined to blame on a malfunctioning battery. I would love it if this toothbrush was repairable, as in I could crack it open, reseat parts, change parts, or just be able to tinker it back to life. I don't enjoy spending 100 bucks on average for a toothbrush once a year. I really do expect it to last longer which is why we're no longer using the sonicare brand. After replacing the toothbrush 3 times and having 3 of them die after a years service we were offered the Crest Spinbrush by our dentist to try and I have to say that so far I like it. But that's another review.

I am stealing this review from someone else because I agree with it almost exactly. The only difference is I dont consider mold a minor issue, I had to throw it away, because I am not sticking a moldy toothbrush in my mouth every morning. On the other hand I will probably by another one.

The toothbrush works well but there is a (very) minor thing that drives me crazy about it. When you put on the head, there is this weird space in-between the head and the brush. No matter how much you push it down, it doesn't go away.

Worse than just being annoying, it creates mold. If you don't proactively clean the area once a week, mold will build up because of the moisture trapped there. Gross!

(In addition, it's too easy to push the buttons accidentally while you are brushing). Bad design overall in so many ways! "
