Typically when you order cat 5 cableing there are connectors already on it up untill you hit about 100 feet, After that they assume that you are setting up a network and are going to attach the wire to plug boxes. As for what this cable was intended for it works like every other network cable and is a pretty average price for cable in my area at about .16 cents a foot. So if you want to run a in line network in a normal house or small business then this should be sufficent for several computers when cut.

Unlike the illustration, and not noted in the description, this roll of cable comes in a handy dispenser box from which you can pull and cut whatever length you need. Much tidier than keeping a loose roll of wire.

The cable works. I've had no problem with any of the 100Base-T connections I've made so far.

Yes, it is a useful cable, IF you have the tools and knowledge to make the cable yourself. As was pointed out by another reviewer, there are no connectors on it, but if you have the knowledge to do so, it is quite easy to do yourself.
It is extremely useful for those who have no need for and/or cannot afford a 500 foot box or 1000 foot roll of bulk cable. More cable makers should supply cable lengths such as this, because many people only need to network 2 or 3 devices in their home, making 500+ feet absolutely wasteful.
The fact that there are no connectors on it also means that you don't have to waste any (even if only the 3/4 inches in the connectors on each end) of the cable if you need to make a cable for an RJ-45 jack in the wall (called a drop for those in the industry).
It also gives you the freedom to make either a Straight-through, Crossover, OR a Rollover cable without wasting any cable length. This also means that if you are going to be configuring a managed router (such as a Cisco 2500, 2600xt, etc series router) you are able to make one end an RJ-45 connector and the other end a DB-9 connector to attach to the COM ports on your PC.

I purchased this item for a Kindle Fire and to be honest I wasn't happy with the Fire. I returned the Fire and purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and it fits like a glove. Love the case instead of cards I keep scrap paper and a pen in it. The case is REAL leather and a little Neatsfoot oil makes it look a lot better (but it looks fine without it).

I debated over which cover to order when I originally ordered the Kindle Fire and decided to wait until the KF arrived so that I could see it in person. After looking at several of the more expensive covers in an office supply store, I immediately ordered this one. I am delighted with it as it is well-padded, a great size to fit into a handbag and the card slots are convenient to use. The KF can be charged without removing and the elastic corners hold the KF securely in place. I ordered a stylus to use with the device and it fits nicely in the center of the case so that I always know where it is. For the price this just can't be beat!

Excellent in every way. Cooks well, cleans easily, doesn't need much room for storage. No problems using in the dishwasher. Just the right size for an egg or a few slices of bacon. The handle does not get hot. Nice heavy feel. Quality made. No negatives.

Just received it couple days ago and like it. The pan is sturdy, well made and made in USA (YES, finally!). I'm not American but fade up with China made which most of the time end up with disappointment. I can't stand the fume or toxic smell they produce either clothes or just simple thing like toys. I'm so happy I bought the pan as it produce nice food and knowing it is PFOA free. My 1st trial was toasted bread after I wash and seasoned the pan for the 1st time as suggested. My tuna sandwich taste better than ever with your pan. Thank you American Kitchen, definitely will buy another item from you. PS: I will give you 5 stars if you produce dual PTFE and PFOA free nonstick item.

I've been wanting an American made 12" non-stick frying pan and read all the reviews for same and decided to purchase the "12 inch" American Kitchen non-stick fry pan.

This pan is NOT 12 inches wide........ the top of it is 11 inches wide; therefore, none of my 12 inch lids fit on it EXCEPT for one glass lid that has a wide rim and the rim will sit on the TOP edge of the frying pan and prevent condensation from going down the side of the pan to the stove top.

NEXT...... I'm NOT getting any younger and in order for me to LIFT this pan, especially with food in it, I have to put my thumb on the end of the "Y" and my palm around the handle (so my hand is close to the pan)...... and then with a potholder balance the other side while carrying it to the table or to the counter.... THIS PAN IS HEAVY!! Great for cooking, but not balanced well for a women's hand and arm strength...... THAT'S MY OPINION.......... Sorry if it's not yours!!

I have used it, liked the way it cooked, but since I'm used to a TRUE 12 inch pan....... and usually cook the same portion sizes, it's a tight fit.

Other than that, it cooked well following the given instructions to "season" the pan.... and I hope to have it for many years and that the non-stick cooking surface holds up.
